Product Description

CaCO3 filler masterbatch CALMAST CM**0 is a compound of Polymer resin, additives and Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) base, in which containing about *7% of CaCO3 and *3% rest of PE resin with some other additives.
CM**0 is produced by twin screw extrusion technology with the finest CaCO3 particle size (1 micron), it can be mixed with ration range from 5% to *0% by weight depending on end product applications and it is adjusted based on specific production and technology conditions

 APPLICATIONS:
* Technologies: Blown film, Injection molding, Intrusion molding
* CM**0 is used for  HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE blown film, thin film, HDPE transparent film, shopping bags, garbage bags, advanced Jumbo bags, HDPE/PP.R pipe, HDPE botle, PP/HIPS thermoforming film

PRODUCT'S PROPERTIES: 
*Reduce production cost due to lower consumption quantity of the virgin.
* Improve final products characteristics: increase whiteness, glossy, hardness.
* Enhance white color product while reduce the consumption of of using white pigment (TiO2 masterbatch).
* Improvement of print-ability on finished product's surface.
* Suitable for making "Food contact use" bags, since it is not including any toxic and harmful substances to human health in its formular.
